Paul Vacchio and Matt Smith were heads up on a [Th][2h][Tc][Qh] board when Paul moved all in. Matt went deep into the tank and eventually made the call. Paul had flopped trip tens with his [Ks][Ts] but was behind Matt's [7h][6h] which turned a flush. Paul had 10 outs for a full house, but the [Jc] failed to deliver.
